Once I’ve completed an in-depth Business Systems Audit and Gap Analysis so you know exactly which aspects of your tech stack, processes, and programs need tending to, we'll solidify a customized work plan to implement long-term operations solutions over the following 2-6 months.
The investment:
My rate is $60/hour, so the investment is typically $2,700 - $7,200 total, depending on scope.

I am not a financial expert. While I incorporate resource management into my approach to coordinating projects, implement tech stacks that work with your budget, and can provide some basic financial metrics tracking, I can’t manage your business budget, bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, or salary.
I am not a lawyer or HR professional. I love to write a job description, but I will always recommend you have a legal professional review your policies, practices, and documentation for compliance.
I am not a marketing expert. I have experience in social media asset creation, copywriting, assembling email sequences, and blogging. But I can’t help you grow on Instagram (trust me, I’ve been trying to figure that out for years lol) and I don’t have a strategic mind for branding and content the way a marketing professional will.

For the first month, we’ll contract for 15 hours to complete our Kick-Off Call, Business Systems Audit, Proposed Plan, and get started on addressing your most critical “leaky buckets.” After that, we have some flexibility.
If we need to take a more “slow and steady” approach with your budget and current workload, that totally makes sense! After the first month, I just require a minimum of 10 hours/month so we can make tangible progress on our goals.

I want to help every aspect of your business feel as trauma-informed as the spaces you hold. This might include implementing operations solutions that promote transparency, informed consent, accessibility, multiple avenues of feedback, and predictability.

After our Discovery Call, I’ll send a project proposal and invoice for the first month ($900 for 15 hours of work). 50% of the payment for our first month together is required before we begin, and 50% is due at the end of the contracted month.
Once we’ve decided on the implementation phase timeline of the Business Systems Overhaul, I can offer payment flexibility through monthly, biweekly, or weekly payments—whatever your preference!
