While you focus on the brilliance only you can bring into the world, I’ll take care of the details.
If you’re a business owner looking for a partner in purpose who can help you build and maintain a streamlined and impactful business, ongoing Online Business Management is for you.
After years in DIY mode, you’re ready to bring in someone who can expand your work’s impact, introduce more revenue, and release you from the weight of managing every aspect of the behind-the-scenes.
Through 3 customizable tiers of support, here’s what you can expect by bringing me on as your Online Business Manager….
✧ By the time you click “Leave Meeting” at the conclusion of our first call, you’ll know what it feels like to be deeply listened to and held within your business.
✧ In a couple of short weeks, you’ll have a co-created roadmap for how we’ll transform your stickiest operations obstacles into a calm cohesion of tech tools, offers, projects, and tasks.
✧ A few months in, you’ll be enjoying new levels of freedom that come from organized projects with clear timelines and ownership, automated touchpoints that bring in revenue without constant pressure to show up online, and business systems that work for you instead of against you.
✧ As our partnership deepens, you’ll witness your business evolve into an ecosystem where ideas flourish, implementation happens seamlessly, and your impact grows—all while honoring your values of trauma-informed care, relationship-building, co-creation, and resisting urgency.

You’re a visionary.
A founder and director who’s already juggling a handful of team members, collaborators, and contractors. While you’re no stranger to “the grind,” you’re dreaming of an expansive business model that allows you to make the social change you envision without sacrificing your well-being or sacred time spent with the people you love. For the last few years, you’ve probably been wearing every hat in your business, from ideation to strategy to implementation.
Perhaps you can relate…
Things within your business might be working “well enough,” but most of your days are spent just trying to keep your head above water
You’ve been known to release half-baked offers before they're truly ready, creating a confusing and inconsistent experience for your clients and team members
The behind-the-scenes of your business doesn’t match your values of trauma-informed care, protecting your energy, and resisting unnecessary urgency
Your business grew more quickly than you imagined, so you never really got a chance to build the foundational structures that help things run like clockwork
Projected deadlines seem to pass you by because team members are confused about who owns which task, the project’s current status, or the quality of work they’re expected to produce
Your to-do list spans multiple notebooks, digital apps, and sticky notes—with important tasks regularly falling through (or just barelyyyyy missing) the cracks
That "backburner project” has been gnawing at you for over a year. Even though you know it’ll unlock new revenue, you just can’t seem to make meaningful progress
More and more of your money is going to Virtual Assistants who are completing manual, repetitive tasks that could easily be streamlined
You struggle to step back from the day-to-day to focus on strategic planning, long-term solutions, and evidence-based decision-making
Team members and customers are constantly asking you the same questions over and over
This world needs you and your work for the long haul. We’re living through a poly-crisis where our communities need support and solutions more than ever. Yet this is not a sprint, it’s a marathon. I can help you make your approach to business more intentional, nurturing, and sustainable for the long-run.
I’m an Online Business Manager and Systems Strategist.
My name is Sabrina and I’m dedicated to helping service-based small businesses streamline their operations in service of both their goals and their humanity.
My work is built on three core principles:
✿ Systems Thinking – Your business is an ecosystem, not a collection of disjointed parts. I look at how everything works together to create long-term solutions.
✿ Trauma-Informed Care – Before anything else, you and your clients are human beings. I infuse principles of informed consent, transparency, collaboration, and accessibility into everything I build.
✿ Online Business Operations – I bring enthusiasm for the "tedious" details most people avoid, transforming them into cohesive systems that support your world-changing vision.
To learn more about my background in trauma-informed care, my journey from the non-profit sector to supporting purpose-driven businesses, and the ongoing education I bring to this work, I invite you to visit my About page.
I can help you answer questions like….
✧ What platform should I use for XYZ?
✧ How do I make my client onboarding more trauma-informed?
✧ Surely there’s a better way to collaborate than endless email threads. What should we implement?
✧ What offers should I focus my time and energy on?
✧ How do I make this business feel less chaotic?
✧ What are the steps between this thing not existing + existing?
✧ What can I automate, and how do I do so without losing my signature personal touch?
✧ How do I stop getting the same questions over and over?

Ongoing operations support allows you to…
1. Embody your values without compromise.
Your business is more than just a money-making venture—you’re passionate about bringing a more equitable world into being. I’m here to ensure that your operations reflect your commitment to trauma-informed care, that your dreams can be nurtured into realities, and that you can continue to show up to your work feeling aligned and resourced. Together, we’ll create systems that support not just your business, but also your mission.
2. Scale your business and increase your revenue without being flung into chaos.
Did you know that companies lose an estimated 20-30% of their revenue each year due to inefficiencies? While you might be more mission-driven than money-driven, you deserve to be paid a thriving wage!
I’ll build systems that take the pressure off you to come up with the “perfect” approach time after time in order for your bottom line to stay in the green—from automated funnels that nurture warm leads into ready-to-buy clients, to quick and easy communication templates for customers’ most common pre-sale questions, to well-documented procedures for your most impactful customer service and marketing efforts.
It’s time to move beyond a hodgepodge of urgent action items into a scalable support system.
3. Reignite your natural affinity for creativity and innovation.
The way I see it, founders are powered by fire and air—determination, ambition, imagination, movement, and life itself. As your Online Business Manager, I steward the elements of earth and water—structure, endurance, flexibility, adaptability, practicality, and ease.
Instead of waking up stressed about admin tasks, tech flops, or client complaints, imagine the freedom to feed your sparks of inspiration and fan the flames into something new that the world needs. By taking the operational workload off your plate, you can fully embody your role as the visionary CEO.

The Path Ahead: Our Partnership Journey
1. Application. Since this is a long-term offer (at least a 4-month commitment is required), I ask that folks fill out the form above so I can assess my capacity before we hop on a Discovery Call. This saves both of us time!
2. Discovery Call. This free, 30-minute meeting will help us parse out your current operational challenges and how ongoing Online Business Management might support you and your business.
3. Proposal, Business Systems Questionnaire, and Welcome Materials. If we're a good fit, I'll send a detailed proposal outlining our partnership terms, along with a contract and invoice. Shortly after you complete those items, I’ll send along a Welcome Packet + Business Systems Questionnaire to help me understand your business needs at a deeper level. Before our first call, I’ll also give you access to your Client Portal with everything we need to get started.
4. Kick-off Call (90 minutes). Together, we’ll dive deep into your current systems, your future vision for the business, and next steps.
5. Business Systems Audit and 90-Day Plan. Within 3 weeks of our Kick-off Call (it may be quicker depending on the size of your business), I’ll pinpoint the gaps between your current operations + your future vision and create a roadmap for implementing long-term business solutions.
6. Ongoing Implementation, Reflection, and Evolution. I'll become your “right-hand man,” managing the operational details while regularly stepping back to ensure we're building toward your bigger vision.
Hear from a few of my long-term clients
“I feel like every time we have a meeting, it turns into a small therapy session, where I feel like she really hears me and listens.
No matter what project I have for her do or help me with, the results of what she gives back is so much better than I even envisioned or planned.
She always has very thoughtful ways something could be more accessible, more inclusive, and I literally just could not recommend her services, her work, and just her as a person more.”
– Harpinder Kaur Mann, Yoga + Pranayama Teacher
My role: Virtual Assistant, Jan. 2023 - March 2025
“Sabrina just makes me feel so taken care of as an entrepreneur. I truly feel like I can breathe easier and sleep better knowing that I have someone who is helping with really important, yet routine, tasks in my business.”
“The biggest thing that really stands out for me is just her trustworthiness and her go-getter attitude. She can take an idea and run with it, and then know when to ask clarifying questions. And that is such a strength and value and asset for any business, business owner, company… Hands down, I recommend hiring Sabrina. Just do it! She’s just the best. That’s all I can say. I’m going to leave it at that!”
– Angelee Lopez, Founder of Manifest House
My role: Virtual Assistant + Community Manager, July 2022 - Oct. 2024
“Since I’ve been working with Sabrina, I’m feeling much more efficiency in my business. Particularly with my newsletters, that’s something that I knew I wanted someone to help me with editing, and that is something that I’m saving literal hours each week from working with Sabrina because her edits are so incredibly helpful. And I’m also experiencing more Discovery Calls—folks are booking calls to chat with me about my coaching services after I send out newsletters, and that’s translating to actual, new clients for me.”
“When I visualize my business continuing to grow, I visualize Sabrina there with me. It’s really affected my business in wonderful ways, literally in translation to the money that I’m making, but also I’m feeling really invigorated, I’m feeling more relaxed, and I feel really comforted knowing that Sabrina is there to support me in growing my own business.”
– Dr. Kate Henry, Slow Productivity Coach + Consultant
My role: Virtual + Marketing Assistant, Oct. 2022 - Present

FAQs

As with many things in the online business space, there is no one definition of what an OBM does. Typically, they are in charge of strategic operations support, systems development + implementation, and management of projects, teams, launches, clients, and the tech stack. Some also expand these dimensions to include financial services, marketing support, inbox management, and scheduling support.
All of my services across the 3 tiers defined above are designed to manage the operational details of the business so that founders and business owners can embody their role of CEO and stay within their zone of genius as much as possible.
-
I don’t offer services beyond what I have defined on this page. It feels important to me to stay within my scope of practice so I can provide services with integrity and of high quality. And I want to be super transparent about my limitations!
I am not a financial expert. While I incorporate resource management into my approach to coordinating projects, implement tech stacks that work with your budget, and can provide some basic financial metrics tracking, I can’t manage your business budget, bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, or salary.
I am not a lawyer or HR professional. I love to write a job description, but I will always recommend you have a legal professional review your policies, practices, and documentation for compliance.
I am not a marketing expert. I have experience in social media asset creation, copywriting, assembling email sequences, crafting sales pages, and blogging. But I can’t help you grow on Instagram (trust me, I’ve been trying to figure that out for years lol) and I don’t have a strategic mind for branding, aesthetics, and non-sales content the way a marketing professional will.

Project management: Notion, Asana
Client management: HoneyBook
Website: Squarespace, Wix
Email marketing: FloDesk, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), Klaviyo
Sales: ThriveCart, Squarespace
Course hosting: Teachable, Kajabi, MightyNetworks, Squarespace
That being said, I’m always curious to learn more and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. During our Kick-off Call, we’ll discuss the best options for your specific needs and goals.
-
The lowest tier of support I offer on an ongoing basis is 15 hours, so I can make a meaningful impact within your business. For shorter-term, customized packages of Operations Support, I will sometimes greenlight 10 hour/month packages.
-
I require at least 4 months of commitment so that I can complete the Business Systems Audit (which takes typically 2-3 weeks) and implement long-term solutions in alignment with your business’s needs and future vision. OBM services are not an overnight fix; we’ll need at least a few months to start seeing tangible changes in the way your business operates!
If you have concerns about this set-up, I welcome you to bring it up during our Discovery Call for further exploration.
That being said—let’s say, for example, you sign up for Tier 1 (15 hours/month) but then realize you’d prefer a higher level of support (Tier 2 or Tier 3). There is flexibility to change your plan after Months 1 and 2 without penalty. I know sometimes it can take some experimentation to find the package that works best for you and your business.
After Month 4, you’ll have an opportunity at each renewed contract period to assess which tier of support will serve you best.
-
I use a CRM called HoneyBook to facilitate all contracts, invoices, and payments. In terms of payment schedule, I can offer flexibility through monthly, biweekly, or weekly payments—whatever your preference!
